Goode Quality Constructions was established in 2007 to deliver custom homes for South Australian homeowners who want a more considered, personalised build. We work with clients who value quality, clear communication and a home designed to suit their block, lifestyle and long-term plans — not a standard, off-the-shelf solution.

Building or renovating is a major investment, so our focus is on making the process structured, transparent and well-managed from the outset. Every project begins with a clear understanding of your goals, ensuring the final result is practical, functional and built to perform over time.

Led by Grant Goode, with over 21 years of industry experience, every project is managed with a hands-on, builder-led approach. You deal directly with the person responsible for delivering your home — ensuring clear communication, faster decision-making and full accountability throughout the build.

We manage design, planning and construction in-house to maintain consistency and control at every stage. This allows us to align design, budget and buildability early, reducing delays, avoiding miscommunication and delivering a smoother overall experience.

Working with your plans or developing concepts, we align design, layout and buildability with your budget. An initial cost estimate is provided so you can move forward with clarity and realistic expectations.

Detailed Costing & 
Agreement
We prepare a comprehensive, itemised cost breakdown covering all aspects of your build. This ensures full transparency before proceeding, so you understand exactly what’s included and where your budget is allocated.

Selections & Contract Finalisation
You finalise materials, finishes and key design details. Once confirmed, we prepare and sign the building contract, locking in scope, pricing and timelines.

Approvals &

Pre-Construction
We manage all council approvals, permits and documentation required to begin construction. At this stage, your project is fully prepared for a smooth transition into the build phase.

Construction & Project Delivery
Your home is built with consistent oversight, clear communication and structured progress updates. Each stage is carefully managed to maintain quality, timelines and accountability.

Completion & Handover
We conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations before handover. You receive a completed home built to your specifications, along with ongoing support where required.
